ENROLLMENT AND CONSENT
Employees enroll voluntarily by providing a mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on the enrollment form. Consent is not a condition of employment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Enroll here.

OPT-OUT AND ASSISTANCE
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After opting out, one final confirmation message may be sent. Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@mdtelephone.com. Employees may re-enroll through the opt-in form.

PRIVACY AND MOBILE INFORMATION
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data, will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver the SMS notification program. SUPPORTED CARRIERS AND DELIVERY
Message delivery is subject to the employee’s mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
