Customer Support
Training
With our Managed service agreement or partner plans we offer unlimited customer
support and training. We come to your location and work with you and your staff
to make sure you thoroughly understand the system. We'll return as often as necessary
for refresher training, or to train new employees. And, of course, you can call
our customer service department with questions anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00
p.m. Monday through Friday. Our certified technicians and trainers are experienced
professionals who can help you increase efficiency and improve your customer service.
