Support

At Maryland Telephone, we don't just sell you a product and then disappear. We make sure you thoroughly understand how to use and get the most benefit from it. Whether you've purchased a single piece of equipment or an entire system, we'll be there to answer any questions or provide service, should you need it.

We offer telephone support Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In the event there is a problem with your system, you can reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We handle emergencies within two hours and non-emergency service calls within 24 hours. And you decide what constitutes an emergency!
