Service Contracts

You'll find the products we sell have some of the best warranties in the industry. Maryland Telephone provides service while your products are under the manufacturer's warranty. Once the warranty expires, we offer prompt, reliable service either on a per-occurrence basis, or you may choose to protect your equipment and your business with a service contract tailored to meet your needs.

We also offer fixed-cost, long-term service agreements covering up to eight years, which you can obtain with your initial system purchase. All of our service contracts cover both parts and labor. Maryland Telephone also has available at additional cost, a unique system option in which your network system notifies you if there is a problem, so you can head off downtime.
